Terms & Conditions

1. Open to entrants aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter, their families, its agents, or anyone connected with this competition 2. Only 1 entry per person. 3. Only entrants who complete an official entry form (available in limited quantity each day) shall be eligible. 4. To enter, complete your details in the space provided, submit your application & have 3 shots at the JOHNNIE WALKER Experience Golf simulator. 5. The winner of the competition will be the person whose ball in the opinion of the judges is nearest to the pin after three attempts at the JOHNNIE WALKER Experience Golf simulator. In the event of a tie the 2nd and 3rd attempts will be counted until a winner is found. The decision of the judges shall be final & binding. 6. The prize is dinner, bed & breakfast for two (twin room) at the Gleneagles® hotel on Sunday 2nd September 2007. Person accompanying the winner (if any) must be over 18 years of age. On Monday 3rd September the winner will enjoy a round of golf over The PGA Centenary Course with other competition winners , with at least 6 of the holes in the company of Colin Montgomerie. Caddy cars will be provided as will clubs if required. Buffet lunch will be provided for winner at end of round. Winners need to make their own travel arrangements to Gleneagles®. 7. The winner must be contactable between the hours of 12 noon to 4pm on Sunday 3rd September by mobile phone as detailed on the application form, to be advised of their win and to claim the prize. In the event that winner does not respond to a call from the Promoter to the advised mobile telephone number during that time, within 30 minutes of the call being made, and an appropriate voicemail being left by the Promoter, the prize will be awarded to the runner up. The Winner must also be available to play on Monday the 3rd September between 8am and 1pm at The PGA Centenary Course at Gleneagles® 8. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter (such as illness or injury of Colin Montgomerie) preventing the round of golf taking place on Monday 3rd September, the Promoter shall use reasonable endeavours to reschedule the round of golf on an alternative date to suit theWinner. If no alternative date can be agreed, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize. 9. Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the details of this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control 10.
